With a wealth of experience in Property and Construction recruitment at senior levels, Anthony Kaye and Daniel Cooper had a vision to build an executive search firm that provides all the professionalism of a big recruitment business but with the personal touch and care that a smaller business can deliver.
Alderpoint Partners was born at the beginning of 2017 progressed rapidly to nationwide coverage, recruiting in the Housebuilding sector, fulfilling Headhunting assignments across the Property and Construction Industry. Our industry knowledge paired with our desire to learn the needs of our clients means that we are dedicated to finding the right candidate for every role or the right role for every candidate.
We work with a wealth of clients and candidates that specialise in housebuilding, non-standard and mixed-use residential developments. Disciplines we cover include – land, planning, quantity surveying, technical, construction, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
Having spent years heavily networking within the Construction and Property industry as professional introducers and locators of executive talent we are incredibly proud to be working for some of the biggest names in the Construction, Residential Development and Housebuilding industries. Daniel has fifteen years’ recruitment experience, the majority of this has been in the Construction and Property sector.
Daniel recruits and advises clients on senior level hires, remuneration and reward schemes, staffing structures, team planning, market mapping and outsourcing. He has a proven track record in building long term relationships with clients and aims to add value to organisations and people as a strategic partner.
Daniel has recruited extensively in the property and construction arena primarily with residential developers, traditional housebuilders and land consultancies. His clients have varied from independent businesses through to some of the best-known names in the market. Clients have included well-known residential developers and housebuilders such as Bellway Homes, Crest Nicholson, Morris Homes and Keepmoat Homes (http://www.keepmoat.com).
Anthony has over five years recruitment experience in the construction and property sector, and prior to that spent a further five years working as a finance analyst for a large retail bank.
Anthony has placed numerous candidates at the mid to senior level with residential developers and contractors alike with salary bandings from £50,000 to £250,000. Companies Anthony has had success with include large PLC’s like Berkeley Group, Persimmon Homes, and Barratt Homes, all the way to smaller privately-owned residential developers like Avant Homes, Churchill Retirement Living, and Rydon Construction as well as non-standard developers such as DeTrafford Estates and Urban Splash.
Since starting Alderpoint Partners with Daniel Cooper, Anthony has continued to impress residential developers and candidates alike with his success rate and his industry knowledge.
